DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

Delivery Costs

Current estimated delivery prices for Bulletin Board are as follows;
- Small £10 + vat (£12 inc vat) per board
- Medium £12 + vat (£14.40 inc vat) per board
- Large £20 + vat (£24 inc vat) per board
- XL £22.50 + vat (£27 inc vat) per board

 

Delivery Locations

The above estimates are for delivery to mainland England, Wales & southern Scotland.
We only deliver to the United Kingdom through our online shop (please email us directly should you require overseas delivery).

Further extremities of the United Kingdom will require shipping to be calculated on a case by case basis (POA). Please email us at shop@specialbranchstore.co.uk specifying the product you’d like, quantity and your delivery address.
Alternatively, go ahead and pay for your order online. We’ll then contact you informing you of the additional delivery charge. We will require a card payment to be made over the phone to complete your order.

 

Lead Times

Please allow 2 weeks prior to dispatch on all small quantity orders made on the website (longer for larger quantity orders). We aim, however, to dispatch within two days of receiving a completed order.
You can email us at shop@specialbranchstore.co.uk, prior to making your order, for current lead times on the items you’d like.
If an item or the number of items you require shows as out of stock, it probably won’t be for long. Do get in touch with the details of your requirements and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time once dispatched;
- Next day to mainland England, Wales & southern Scotland.
- 2 to 3 days for Northern Scotland (including Highlands), Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands. (POA)

 

Large Orders

Please email us with details of your order (what you’d like and delivery location) for accurate delivery costs and lead time.

 

Courier Notifications

Providing us with your mobile number means our couriers can text delivery updates to you directly. The couriers are likely to provide delivery options should you not be at the delivery address during your allotted 1hr delivery slot.
We recommend that you either receive the delivery in person or make sure that someone is in to receive the consignment.
The couriers are only obliged to deliver to the threshold of your property. Please remember and account for the fact that the delivered item/s may be large and heavy to move.

 

Sustainable Packaging

Your shipment is wrapped and protected by our plastic free packaging. This is all made from cardboard or paper and it’s easily recyclable. Please dispose of it conscientiously so that it may be recycled again… THANK YOU!

 

Receiving Your Package

Please check your package upon receipt. See Returns, Faults or Damage bellow.

 

Returns, Faults or Damage

If there is damage or a fault with your product please send photographic evidence to shop@specialbranchfurniture.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
If the fault or damage is approved we will send a replacement within 14 days.

With exception to the above, delivered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
